Bus Numbers & Bus Stops

1. Go to the Transportation login page

2. Input Student ID Number* as the User Name

3. Input your 10-digit phone number as the Password. The 10-digit phone number must match the main household phone number that is currently on file with Worthington Schools.

4. Click Login - Once you are logged in, you will be able to see routes for each of your children.

*Student ID Number is a 9-digit number unique to each child. It can be found on the home page of Infinite Campus or on the student’s report card. Student number will typically begin with a 2, 8 or 9 and does not contain letters.

Emergency Data Review (Contact Info, Permissions)

The Emergency Data Review is a set of forms that parents/guardians complete at the start of each school year to make sure we have updated information for your family.

To complete the forms, first go to Infinite Campus Parent. You can download the Infinite Campus Parent app to your mobile device, or visit the Infinite Campus Parent website.

Log in with your district-provided parent credentials. Retrieve forgotten credentials at the Password Recovery Link.

Once logged in to Infinite Campus Parent, click Parent Access Links from either the More or Quick Links section. Then select Emergency Data Review. It may take several seconds to load.

Final Forms

Final Forms accounts are created by parents/guardians and students, separately, using their personal email and self-selected passwords.

FINALFORMS

To recover forgotten login credentials, go to Final Forms, click FinalForms Login in the top right and type in Worthington Schools to select [Ohio]: Worthington Schools. Click on the Login button under Parent or Student. Click "Forgot your email?" or "Forgot your password?" to recover your login credentials.

Free/reduced meal applications

The USDA had school food services return to pre-pandemic operations last year.

Worthington Schools has eligibility-based pricing of meals (Free/Reduced/Paid).

All Worthington School families are required to complete the online Free/Reduced Lunch Eligibility Form. All students use their Lunch ID for meals. The student's number can be found in the Parent Portal. Select the Student ID tab and look for your Lunch PIN.

Families can add money to their lunch account through My Payments Plus. You can also use MPP to track your student's account and see much money remains on it. My Payments Plus is also used to pay other fees, like high school parking permits and AP testing fees.

Graduation Status

Log in to Infinite Campus Parent. You can download the Infinite Campus Parent app to your mobile device, or visit the Infinite Campus Parent website.

Retrieve forgotton parent login credentials at the Password Recovery Link.

Once logged in to Infinite Campus Parent, click Parent Access Links from either the More or Quick Links section.

Select View Student Graduation Status and click submit. A PDF will download with student Graduation Status Sheet, which can be saved or printed.

Questions about data on the Graduation Status Sheet should be directed to your child's high school counselor.

MyPaymentsPlus & School Fees

Families can see how much money is on their lunch account and pay student fees through My Payments Plus.

The Board of Education unanimously voted to eliminate classroom consumable fees beginning with the 2024-25 school year. Therefore those fees will not be in My Payments Plus for parents to pay during open houses or schedule pickup as in years past.

If a child is participating in extracurricular activities, renting an instrument, or wanting to purchase a high school parking pass, those will still be available in My Payments Plus once the school year and season gets under way. Senior graduation fees will also be loaded around August 1.

Immunization Requirements

Infinite Campus

Infinite Campus Parent shows student attendance, schedule, grades, assessments, and more. Guardians can access this tool through the Infinite Campus Parent app on a mobile device, or by visiting the Infinite Campus Parent website. Guardian login credentials are provided by the district. You can retrieve forgotton credentials at the Password Recovery Link.

Infinite Campus Student shows students their assignments, grades and attendance. Students can access this tool through the Infinite Campus Student app on a mobile device, or by visiting the Infinite Campus Student website. Student login credentials are provided by the district. Guardians can view student login credentials under View your Student's various IDs from the Parent Access Links section on Infinite Campus Parent.

Please note that student and guardian views in Infinite Campus are limited over the summer while we transition school years. Full access will be restored one day before school year starts.

Login Credentials & Password Recovery (Parent & Student)

Parent Login Credentials

Use the Password Recovery Link to retrieve parent login credentials. The email that you input must match the email that is on file with Worthington Schools.

If you are new to the district, an email will be sent to parents/guardians of new-to-district students in late July or early August with parent username and password. These credentials can be used to log in to Infinite Campus Parent.

Child Login Credentials

Student login credentials can be found under View your Student's various IDs from the Parent Access Links section on Infinite Campus Parent.

Students log in with their credentials at wscloud.helloid.com to access educational apps.

Please note that families returning to Worthington cannot use their old credentials. A new username and password will be issued to students who have previously withdrawn and are now returning to Worthington Schools. They will also have a new district email address.

Report cards

Log in to Infinite Campus Parent.

Click Documents on the left panel, select School Year and click Report Card. A PDF file will download with student report card, which can be saved or printed.

To view in-progress grades for the current term, click Grades on the left panel.

To view Assessments, click More on the left panel and then click Assessments.

You can toggle between multiple students in the top right corner.

Your district-provided parent login credentials will also work for the Infinite Campus Parent app on your mobile device.

Schoology Accounts

Parents may create their own Schoology accounts and link them to the Schoology account of their students in grades 6-12. More information about this process can be found at the Schoology Parent Guide.

To recover your Schoology Access Code (necessary to connect to your student's Schoology account), login to Infinite Campus Parent. Click View your Students various IDs from the Parent Access Links section.

A Schoology Access code will populate only for students in grades 6-12.
